Above West4th’s tree‑lined cafés and markets, PointGreyMews is a short stroll from Jericho and Locarno beaches. From the rise of 4thAvenue you walk to the shoreline, watch the light change across EnglishBay and return along a village street that feels intimate and refined. Here the ease of a neighbourhood and the calm of the coast are part of daily life.

Designed by Formwerks Architecture and Interior Design, Point Grey Mews reflects mastery of proportion, light and material integrity. Across two buildings, six residences with three and four bedroom plans are modest in height yet framed by deep overhangs and refined timber millwork. Each home is entered privately and opens to living spaces oriented toward English Bay and the North Shore, with terraces extending life outdoors and layered landscaping preserving seclusion.
Inside, two palettes shaped by West Coast light, one soft and luminous, the other textured and grounded, bring warmth and longevity. Surfaces, lines and transitions are composed with intent, creating interiors that balance openness with privacy and flow.
